Hey My Loves,

I hope you guys are enjoying your extra long weekend. I know I am 😎! These extra days have given me time to come up with projects and ways to craft my little heart away. Lately, I have been really inspired to create my own Christmas decorations. Especially after visiting a few of my favorite Christmas stores and seeing how expensive some of the Christmas decorations were compared to how simple they looked. Hmph 😒.

Now, I don’t know how much of my creations will turn out how I imagine them or if I’ll even be able to get them all done over the next few weeks, but either way I’m super excited to bring you along with each project 😘.

Today’s DIY is a Jingle Bell Shadow box created with items purchased from the Dollar Tree. I absolutely adore shadow boxes and the thought that I could make my own really excited me.

So, without further ado, let us get started with supplies:

Fit the box into a frame. It should be a pretty snug fit so no glue should be necessary.

Cut the bells off of the ornament. Dollar Tree does sell individual jingle bells which would save some steps.

I removed the ribbon and replaced it with thin gold string. Thread or fishing wire is also a good option
