Dollar Tree Home Décor DIY – Coffee Syrup Dispensers
Hey Guys,
Today I’m sharing a very quick, and even better, extremely inexpensive DIY project. I had been on a hunt for some syrup despensers to serve my coffee flavors in and I ran across these glass vinegar containers at the Dollar Tree. Unfortuntely, the Vinegar label was not removable, so I had to paint over it with chalk paint, and write what I wanted.
Here are the supplies I used for this project:
DURATION: 1hr | MY COST: apprx. $5 | DIFFICULTY: Easy
“MY COST” may or may not reflect the cost of items that I already own, but I will try to list each item as well as suggestions as to where to purchase them. Items that I had to purchase for the project will be bold with a price. If you have any questions about an item, please leave a comment below.
SUPPLIES:
- 3 Glass Vinegar Despensers | $1.00ea – Dollar Tree
- Chalk Paint | $2.00ea – Hobby Lobby
- Paint Brush
- Blue Painters Tape
- Chalk

Here are the dispensers I found at the dollar tree. Unfortunately, the Vinegar labels were not removable, thus this DIY.

Apply painter’s tape around the Vinegar label. Be sure to smooth around the edges to prevent leakage.

Allow to dry slightly with painters tape in place. After about 30minutes, remove the tape. This is dry to touch, but I would recommend allowing it to dry overnight before writing on it.

Here are a few pictures of the final outcome. Of course minus my bad handwriting. I chose chalk instead of the chalk markers so that I’m able to change this as needed.
Hope you’ve enjoyed the step-through. Leave a comment below to tell me in this is something you’d, because I’d love to here from you guys. Also, if you do decide to try this, feel free to tag me in you photos.

Love the idea..I can’t wait to have a coffee bar but I don’t have the space…
Hi Ana. Have you considered a coffee cart. The small bar carts are very popular now. Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 🙂
